Items needed for SBA 504 Loan Request
SMALL BUSINESS CONCERN
- Last three (3) years fiscal year-end Financial Statements and Tax Returns
For existing business and any affiliates (20% or more ownership interest by any of the owners, partners, or shareholders of the borrower).
- Interim Balance Sheet & Income Statement
(Within 60 Days) For existing business and any affiliates. Include an aging of accounts receivable and accounts payable, if applicable.
- Two Years Annual Projections
On start-up companies or businesses, which cannot cash flow the debt based on historical performance. Include a description of the assumptions on which the projections are based. First year projections must be broken down by month.
Last three (3) years Tax Returns from Seller or Seller certified financial statements & Seller's interim financial statement (within 60 days) and a copy of the purchaser agreement. Copy of purchase agreement signed by both parties.
- Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws /Certificate of Limited Partnership and Partnership Agreement /Limited Liability Company 's Articles of Organization and Operating Agreement
- Any existing or proposed leased agreements
- Business Debt Schedule
Including loan date, amount, monthly payment, interest rate, current balance, maturity date and collateral.
- Schedule of Any Previous Government Financing
Received by any principals or affiliated companies. Include the name of the agency, the original date and amount, the outstanding balance, status of the loan and collateral securing the loan.
PRINCIPALS
- Personal Financial Statements (current within 60 days) & Personal Tax Returns (3 years)
For each proprietor, partner, and stockholder with 20% or more ownership of the company or eligible passive company. If current year tax returns have not yet been filed, please provide a copy of the request for extension.
On principals and key employees involved in the day-to-day management of business.
- If not a US Citizen, attach proof of Resident Alien Status
(copy of front and back of card) and copy of Drivers License. INS must verify immigration status on all non-US Citizens.
PROJECT
- Use of Proceeds /Source of Equity Injection
- History and Description of Business
(real estate or sales contract, construction bids, vendor quotes, etc.)
- Legal Description of real property being acquired or being taken as collateral.
- Franchise Agreement &FTC disclosure Statement (if applicable)
Loans subject to normal credit approval and to SBA approval.
