Special Assets Portfolio Manager
Bank seeks candidates for the Special Assets Portfolio Manager which is responsible for restructuring adversely-graded loans, working closely with officials of lending and borrowing institutions and others to better secure collateral, equity or other assets of the borrower, preserve the loan principal. Coordinates with tax, legal, audit, credit/loan policy, and regulatory officials at the highest levels. Works closely with loan recovery, legal and other departments to maximize the recovery of non-performing loans which have been charged off. Manages and markets for sales of OREO properties. Five years of credit experience in credit underwriting, loan review, credit approval, managed assets or regulatory experience (OCC, FDIC, etc.). Requires strong communication, analytical and P/C skills. Strong knowledge of loan documentation. Ability to evaluate Loan Risk. Extensive financial and banking experience in relation to loan evaluation. Ability to interpret and apply Federal, State laws and regulations. Ability work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision. Ability to work with Bank engaged legal counsel.
Loan Operations Manager
The Loan Operations Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of loan operations including doc prep, servicing, accounting, retention process and review. Establishs loan operational processes and procedures. Report credit and collateral exceptions to senior management. Insure staff members adhere to established policies, procedures and controls. Effectively establish and communicate the goals to staff members, gain commitment and establish plan of action for goal attainment. Prepare and manage budget for loan department. Requires ten years of related operational experience with a financial services organization. Requires strong communication, organizational, analytical and P/C skills; solid supervisory and time management skills; advanced knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and compliance issues as it relates to area of responsibility, ability to define problems and propose solutions; solid ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from group of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Corporate Services Coordinator I
Manage all debit cards, internet banking, ACH cash management services, Regulation E disputes, Debit Card Maintenance and Assistance. Assist internal and external Clients. Development of course and update for training on Bank systems for branch positions. Perform monthly branch audits.
Jacksonville, FL Market
Special Assets Coordinator
Responsible for Managing the restructuring of the Bank's adversely graded loans, or "Special Assets" in the Jacksonville Market, with the objective of preserving the loan principal, collecting interest income when possible and preventing charge-offs. Develops and implements strategies to recover principal from borrowers whose non-performing loans have been charged off. Works with all involved toward maximizing the recovery of charged of funds. Directs the continuous review of all types of loans and commitments form purpose of risk classification, determining the degree of attention required, identifying potential credit problems and ensuring conformity the Bank policy. Requires ten years in commercial/retail banking. Knowledge of laws and regulations retaling to commercial and consumer lending.
